New Song School of the Arts is thrilled to have played a part in making the Not Ned! book project come to life! This adorable book, illustrated by local high school students explores many local Denton County landmarks from the perspective of a class field trip. Everyone is on board, but Not Ned!

Over $10,000 in total scholarships were awarded to local student artists who contributed to the illustrations in this book.
To promote literacy, copies of the book have been donated to every 1st grade class at area schools and to public libraries.
