Ms. Rebecca has been a passionate teacher of music for over 20 years. She is currently serving on the faculty at Providence Christian School, where she directs the youth choirs grade 1-4 as well as the lower school musicals and chapel services. She has previously served as adjunct on the voice faculty of Texas Woman’s University where she directed TWU opera scenes and instructed private voice and diction lessons. She has a long history as the youth musical director for the Butterfield Stage and directed choirs in the DFW area. Through her many years of teaching and performing, Miss Rebecca has found herself to be an adamant advocate of healthy singing at any age; knowing that a well trained voice can sing in any style. Her experience in chorale education, musical theater education and the classical and opera stage have given her a drive to promote healthy singing in all genres of music for all ages. Miss Rebecca is a member of TMEA, TCDA and NATS.
