Ms. Tayloir has a passion for teaching and bringing out others’ hidden potential. She uses a unique approach with each student as she’s found everyone learns a bit differently. Her teaching philosophy is this: Passion leads to practice, practice leads to progress and progress fuels more passion! She believes our favorite artists all started as beginners… they just never stopped practicing!

She pulls her techniques from 26 years of learning, teaching and creating in a multitude of artistic environments. These include 10 years competitive dance, 10+ years musical theatre performance at collegiate and professional levels, 5 years working alongside Broadway teaching artists in New York City, leading worship at various churches there, as well as learning from singer/songwriter/guitarist/producers such as Ryan Tedder and Rick Pino.

Ms. Tayloir is passionate about teaching the next generation because she believes each student is uniquely and carefully created by God for Him to love on and for them to contribute their specific gifts to a world that needs them… and she’s excited to help!
