Ms. Hanna is a dedicated percussionist whose musical journey began at age five on the piano. She later expanded her passion upon discovering percussion. As a performer, she has studied and played with a variety of UNT wind studies ensembles, world percussion groups, and international artists.

As an instructor, Ms. Hanna is a kind, patient, and imaginative teacher whose purpose is to share her passion for music with young people. She draws from her diverse background and experiences to cater to the learning needs of every individual student. She believes that music should not be viewed as just another subject of learning, but an outlet for creativity. Her approach to teaching is to foster a student’s love for music and to aim for excellence through growth and confidence.
