From the moment she first stepped into a dance studio at age three, Ms. Dory has been captivated by the power of movement and expression. As both a performer and educator, she brings warmth, energy, and precision to every stage and classroom she enters. Dory is known for her ability to connect with students of all ages—instilling confidence, discipline, and joy into each lesson. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that rhythm and storytelling through dance can inspire creativity and self-expression in every student.

As a performer, Ms. Dory shines in her versatility, seamlessly blending technical mastery with emotional depth. Whether commanding the stage in musical theatre or bringing elegance to classical ballet, she captivates audiences with her artistry and genuine love for the craft.

Education and Accomplishments:

  • Studied at Oklahoma City University, focusing on ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, and voice
  • Graduate of Arts Magnet High School, trained under the Balanchine curriculum
  • Former dance instructor at Brookhaven College, teaching tap, ballet, and jazz
  • Performed with Irving Ballet Company, Momentum Dance Company, North Central Texas Ballet, and Collin County Ballet Theatre
  • Featured performer in Casa Mañana’s 42nd Street
  • Member of The Rhythm Junkies tap company
