Mr. Alex has been teaching piano lessons to children and adults alike since 2016. He learned how to play piano by ear when he was just 3 years old and has been accidentally figuring out songs ever since. Meanwhile, he took several years of formal lessons as a child; he has now been professionally playing piano, composing songs, recording and publishing music, touring, and leading worship for the past 10 years. Mr. Alex loves getting to know people of all age groups, genders, and skill levels while striving to instill a genuine understanding and love of music! Music is a pleasure to be enjoyed, not a chore to be completed.

He is especially well equipped to help students who play by ear, have a knack for writing music, and is a compassionate teacher to those with mental neuro-divergences.
