Mr. Josh is a professional drummer and educator who helps students build a strong and versatile musical foundation. His teaching emphasizes core skills such as time, feel, listening, improvisation, musicality, and taste—equipping students to thrive in any musical situation.

With experience in teaching private lessons, leading rhythm-based workshops, and performing with ensembles (including the renowned One O’Clock Lab Band), Mr. Josh brings a well-rounded, real-world approach to his instruction. He creates a supportive, focused environment that encourages personal growth, confidence, fun, and expressive playing.
