Ms. Connie has been performing professionally and teaching for over 20 years and has worked with students of all ages ranging from pre-school through 12th grade. During her teaching career she enjoyed developing musical theatre programs along with an award winning high school choral program. She began choreographing professionally in high school and has directed, music directed, and choreographed productions with casts as small as 12 and as large as 500. Ms. Connie is an active performer in the DFW theatre community and has performed with companies such as the Dallas Children’s Theatre, Casa Manana, Lyric Stage, Theatre Three, Uptown Players, Garland Summer Musicals, and Fort Worth Opera. She believes that an education in the performing arts develops important life skills and feels honored to share her knowledge and experience with her students so they too can enjoy the benefits of an arts education that extend far beyond the stage.
